Shipping policy

Handling Times

We have automated our processes to greatly reduce order handling times. In most cases your order will be packaged within 48 hours with order scheduled for collection and notification provided with tracking number and tracking details provided. 

Smaller items are shipped via Australia Post were possible and delivery times frames are as provided by Australia Post, Standard post is 2-7 days, express post is 1-3 days except for WA & NT. We have 2 outbound shipping days each week with Australia Post being Tuesdays which allows time for weekend orders to be packaged and processed, we also do our week ending post on Thursdays and on occasion Fridays. During peak periods we may do more outbound postage dates with Australia Post to keep up with demand.

Large items such as Spoilers can only be delivered via Couriers and we have courier collections on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays most weeks.   

Shipping Calculator at Check-out 

Shipping cost is based on the size, weight, dimensions and location of delivery, we have aggregated average shipping cost calculation at checkout using Smart boxing to consolidate items into the required packing to keep shipping costs to a minimum. All shipping includes postage insurance in the event of lost or damaged goods.

PO Box Deliveries

We do also deliver to PO Boxes, however be sure to select this option at checkout as courier services will not deliver to PO Boxes. All PO Box deliveries will be shipped via Australia Post and again also include Postage Insurance. Bulk items such as Spoilers cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect Lockers.

FLAT RATE BULK ITEMS

Heavy and bulk Items such as performance parts including exhausts and suspension fall under the category of FLAT RATE BULK ITEMS, therefore a Flat rate on shipping is applicable based on the location of delivery. We do not deliver these items to a PO Box address.    

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Certain products will be listed as Special Order items, this is in the event we run out of stock locally or are line items we don't currently have on hand. Special Order items are shipped directly to from either China or the USA and delivery of these items can be up to 14 days or sometimes more depending on supply and logistics. We recommend you contact us via email at service@subject9.com.au or via phone on 0409 655 644 before placing and order and we will endeavour to provide you and accurate ETA to avoid disappointment.

Orders processing may be further delayed during the Chinese Spring Break Festival by a number of weeks from the 2nd of February through to 18th of February for Special Order items.

Delivery time may vary depending on location of stock as some stock items are stored locally and they can be delivered within a few days 2-7 days, however Special Order orders are shipped from the USA or China and you should allow 14 days for delivery. We recommend you contact us via email at service@subject9.com.au or via phone on 0409 655 644 before placing and order and we will endeavour to provide you and accurate ETA to avoid disappointment.
